There is no minimum order at Flip wear. You can order as many garments as you need.

Production time is 6 to 8 weeks. Since we already have your design stored, the overall process is usually faster.

For the best results, send your design in vector format (.ai / .pdf / .eps) and at the highest possible resolution.

Sublimation fuses the ink directly into the fabric, achieving vivid colors that won’t fade or crack. The feel and fit of the garment remain intact, and design possibilities are virtually unlimited.

Yes. It would be treated as a regular order, with the applicable product and shipping costs.

Once the order and payment have been confirmed, production begins and the order cannot be cancelled.

After confirming the design, order, and payment, production time is 6 to 8 weeks. This does not include shipping.

We use private courier services to ensure safe delivery. Shipping usually takes less than one week, and we provide a tracking number. Please note that once the package is handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary due to factors beyond Flip wear’s control.

Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, and destination. Typical rates range from 1,75 € to 3,00 € per item.. Orders under 30 items include an additional base fee. Once your order is completed, we’ll provide the final shipping cost (taxes included).
The larger your order, the more you save on shipping.

Customer satisfaction is a priority. If your product arrives with a defect or manufacturing error, contact us within 15 days of receiving it. We will evaluate the case and provide the appropriate solution.
